Admissions Clerk

Essential Duties:
Responsible for agency referrals regarding the intake of Consumers. This includes
communicating to the appropriate program departments, authorizing services and reporting
all billing activity to the fiscal department.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, preference will be given to applicants with an
Associates Degree.
Experience Required:
Prior experience working with families
and individuals with developmental disabilities is desired. Excellent organizational
and communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work with a
variety of software programs.
Employment Specialist

Number of Positions Available: (1) Part-time position
Essential Duties:
Responsible for evaluating, planning,
organizing and providing services on an individual and/or group basis for individuals
enrolled in the program who are seeking community employment. The focus of the primary
job duties may vary based on the agency needs but includes: Case Management, Job
Readiness Instruction, Job Development and Job Coaching.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma; Associates
Degree in Social Service or related field, Sales & Marketing experience is preferred.

To be a proactive team member, by providing professional, client-centered guidance
and support to individuals who have developmental disabilities, mental health conditions,
and/or physical limitations within their own homes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and 1-3 years experience working with disabled adults. Successful
completion of limited criminal background check, drug screen, Tb skin test and professional
reference check. All candidates must have a valid Indiana/Illinois drivers license
and insurance.
Residential Instructor (Residential)

completion of the Living in the Community Medication Administration & Management
course and passing the exam with a minimum score of 85% or better. Limited criminal
background check, drug screen, Tb skin test and professional reference check. All
candidates must have a valid Indiana/Illinois drivers license and insurance.
